Once a tool is used on them, the victim begins to find it pleasurable to be treated as cattle and recognizes Robull as their master. As the process advances, the ability affects the target's physical body. Even humans or non-bovine beastmen will begin to manifest bovine traits. (e.g., nostrils flaring/widening, ears changing to cow ears, black fur growing, starting to produce milk, etc.) Robull can drain energy from those turned into "cattle" in the form of milk, adding it to his own strength. The more energy he steals, the wider his range and influence become.
