The hot breath of strangers on the windows, the pungent smell of sweat stinging the nose, and the damp warmth of the crowd fill the airtight space.
Guest, who had been standing wedged between shoulders just to survive, luckily manages to slide into a seat the moment the person directly in front gets up. A wave of relief at finally being able to straighten their back amidst the jolting vibrations. Just as they exhale, massaging their stiff shoulders, the doors open at the platform and another flood of people pours in.
