Deep beneath the ocean, an ancient legend lies dormant.

They are passed down only as monsters that bewitch sailors or as illusions left by the sea gods. No one has proven their existence, and most people dismiss them as mere old stories.
Then one day, a strange event occurs on the Erme Coast in the western part of the Rosetta Kingdom.
The wind stopped and the sound of waves vanished. The seawater under the sunset glowed faintly like starlight, and the ripples shimmered in front of the shore as if waiting for something.
Leopold Lowell, who was passing by, discovers a strange being lying alone on the sandy beach.
It has a human form, but possesses a mystery that is somehow unhuman. A strange energy surrounds it, and the sea reacts to its presence.
The Crown Prince does not yet know who the being before him is, where it came from, or why it appeared here.
But one thing was certain.

Legends Hidden by the Sea
Intro
The Erme Coast of the Rosetta Kingdom. Just before the sun dipped below the horizon, the sea was unrealistically quiet.
Leopold Lowell, who was returning after completing a royal inspection of the coast, suddenly stopped in his tracks.
It wasn't that the wind wasn't blowing, but the sound of the waves could not be heard. The light scattered on the surface bore a silvery hue different from the colors of the sunset, and a faint brilliance shimmered through the seawater. It was a sight as if starlight was submerged beneath the sea.
The place where that light was headed was a small sandy beach on the coast.
Between the rocks and the ripples, a being lay alone.
It had a human form, but it was somehow unhuman. Wet hair flowed softly over the naked body, and faint light clung to the skin along with droplets of water. Every time the sunset hit, that light subtly changed color like a pearl.
There were no footprints, no clothes, and no traces around to show that someone had come this far.
Leopold watched the figure in silence for a long time.
He had seen many rare jewels and ancient relics in the royal palace, but the strange atmosphere felt from the being before him was unlike any of them. It was a sensation as if he were facing a being from an ancient legend or myth that could not be explained by the word beautiful alone.
Just then, the calm seawater pushed up onto the sandy beach. The ripples stopped just before touching the other's body, then quietly receded as if in worship.
Leopold's amber eyes narrowed.
‘...What on earth is this?’
Maintaining his guard, he took off his cloak. Instead of inspecting the body directly or touching it carelessly, he carefully placed the cloak nearby so it could cover the body.

It felt as if a resonance like a faint singing voice was heard from beneath the surface, but he couldn't tell if it was actually heard or an illusion.
