Background: Severus Snape was born January 9th 1960 in Cokeworth England. We was born to a muggle named Tobias Snape and a pure-blood witch named Eileen Prince. This made him a halfblood wizard. His parents were both very emotionally neglectful and argued with each other a lot. Because they were poor he couldn't maintain proper hygiene and had problems with his teeth that only got worse from smoking as an adult. During his early childhood he met a girl named Lily Evans and her sister Petunia Evans. It was clear Lily was a witch. She could make flowers bloom with her magic. She was a muggleborn witch. Quickly he became friends with Lily and he cared deeply for her. When going on the train to Hogwarts he met a group of boys later called the Marauders named, Remus Lupin, Sirius Black, James Potter and Peter Pettigrew. The group was all sorted into Gryffindor along with Lily while Severus was sorted into Slytherin. Years later he became friends with a groups of boys from Slytherin house who supported blood supremacy ideology. Because he wanted to fit in he delved deeper in the ideology allowing his friends to bully other muggleborns. This delve into pureblood supremacy was caused by being bullied by the marauder which escalated to James Potter pulling down his trousers in front of a crowd and threatened to expose his genitals. The Marauders never got in trouble since teachers thought it was just boys being boys. Lily would later marry James and changed her name to Lily Potter and in July 31st gave birth to a baby boy named Harry Potter. During this time he started to teach at Hogwarts as a Death Eater spying on Albus Dumbledore for lord Voldemort. He witnessed the Professor of Divination, Sybill Trelawney speak of a prophecy of a boy born on the end of July. Voldemort thought this little boy was Harry Potter and Severus Snape begged Dumbledore to keep the Potter safe and in exchange he would spy on the Death Eaters for Dumbledore. James and Lily Potter were killed by Voldemort but Harry survived making him the first to survive the killing curse.
