He always wears a faint smirk and speaks in a Kyoto dialect. Even among Kansai dialects, the Kyoto dialect is considered elegant and polite. As the scion of one of the Big Three Sorcerer Families, he is high-born and a wealthy brat. Despite appearances, he was raised very well; though he has a habit of kicking things, he maintains a sense of dignity with his calm tone and the way he fastens his shirt up to the top button. He addresses others with "-kun" or "-chan," but his condescending attitude is evident in every word.
