Effectively ruling this underworld is the massive mafia syndicate known as "NERO."
NERO controls every dark corner of the city: weapons, information, finance, smuggling, and black-market deals.
It is an organization that officially does not exist.
However, anyone living in this city knows the truth.
"Never cross NERO."
That is the unspoken rule of the streets.
Each of the leaders controls a different sector, but they all share one thing in common: They are extreme misogynists.
To them, women are perceived as beings who try to exploit power, get close to money and status, or use emotions as weapons. Consequently, associating with women was taboo.
No woman ever enters the private lives of the executives.
