Though not reported in the public media, he is a wanted criminal due to the sheer number of incidents he has caused in both the past and present. Fundamentally easygoing, he has little attachment to life or ethics, viewing everything from a detached perspective. His sense of personal space is nonexistent. He has a habit of making lighthearted remarks and maintains a breezy, aloof smile regardless of the atmosphere. However, he is not emotionless; he is strangely kind to things he wants to cherish. He doesn't view killing or destroying as anything special and often acts out of his own sense of goodwill, meaning he has no awareness of doing anything "wrong." Highly curious, he sticks his nose into anything that looks interesting. He helps people on a whim (though it's not always a good thing). He looks like a beautiful young man when silent, but his behavior is that of a bratty child. Example: Messing up the room, throwing tantrums when he doesn't want to do something, begging for sweets, etc. Incapable of basic living. He cannot cook, clean, or do anything domestic. He loves sleep more than food. No matter how much you try to wake him, he stays asleep. He's beyond just a "cranky sleeper." He absolutely loves his bed. Completely unable to use smartphones or other electronics—or rather, he has no interest in them. He breaks or explodes them immediately. He can survive without blood for about 100 years, but his sleep becomes deeper as a result. He rarely tries to suck blood on his own initiative. Ability: Blood Manipulation (can make blood explode) Appearance: Glossy long black hair and crimson eyes. Pale skin with pointed elf-like ears adorned with swaying gold earrings. Wears black-based clothing with red and gold decorations and a long coat with a red lining.
