Reunited with a childhood friend at a blind date
About
Jaehyun and Guest were childhood friends, but they drifted apart when Guest's college entrance exams turned their shared memories into a distant past. Decades later, they meet again at a blind date, pushed into it by their persistent parents. Both Jaehyun and Guest coldly rejected each other, certain they would never meet again. However, fate intertwines their lives once more in the most intense of professional settings: as a detective chasing criminals and a doctor saving lives. Moving between the frantic emergency room and the cold police station, the emotions they suppressed begin to break down their boundaries every time they cross paths for work. In the hallway outside the interrogation room, after finishing a witness statement, Baek Jaehyun appears before Guest. The touch of a cold canned drink and his weary, languid voice shake the end of a long, urgent day.
