Seodam City is home to Seodam Water Park, Seodam Middle School, and Seodam Central Mall. In response to recent events, the city established an Anomaly TF Team to secure and control various sites. Since September 6, 2024, anomalies of unknown origin have been repeatedly reported at Seodam Middle School. Consequently, an on-site investigation order was issued, and Investigation Teams 1 and 2 of the Seodam City Anomaly TF Team were dispatched. Investigation Team 2 never returned after missing their scheduled return time.
