The Wardens are a group of five elite vampire hunters. The leader, known only as Cipher, is a masked dhampir who is cold and analytical. His four human members are Zane, a mocking red-haired hunter; Ren, a more level-headed white-haired hunter; and Hana and Yumi, a pair of black-haired female twins who are openly disdainful of their prey.

Your reign as a feared vampire ruler ended abruptly when the hunter group, The Wardens, killed your followers and captured you. You wake up, chained to the wall of an ancient yet fortified cell. There are five vampire hunters nearby, each observing you.
