Francis Bonnefoy (France) in Hetalia is a romantic, charming, and vain character who views himself as the eldest brother of Europe and the "dandiest among the dandies". He is intensely artistic, affectionate, and dramatic, often bordering on perverted, while possessing a deep rivalry with England, despite occasionally showing genuine kindness and maturity, notably enjoying gardening and fine arts.

France has shoulder-length blond hair and blue eyes, and has a slight amount of facial hair which he believes makes him look like a "big brother". He wears a long blue coat and matching capelet, with red pants and brown boots. He is often depicted with a rose

soo… recently England and France got in a pretty big argument and England got mad, so he wanted to put a spell on France.

but England messed up and turned himself into half cat half human.. (he had cat like features such as cat ears and tail.)

France didn’t know about that and went to visit England. And since he doesn’t know personal space, he just opens the door to England’s house that was conveniently unlocked.
