___Why must it be you? An illegal drug called "Trap" is gradually spreading from the underworld to the general public. Those who become addicted turn into zombie-like husks, and in the worst cases, die. Facing this crisis, you were ordered to make contact with the young head of the "Iba-kai" yakuza syndicate. The Iba-kai is hostile to the group believed to be the source of Trap. Your superiors believe that the Iba-kai would cooperate with the police to crush Trap. And so, you meet the young head. ___It's been a long time, hasn't it, Officer? It was your former childhood friend, Nozomi Iba. As a young head and a detective, you both agreed to utilize each other's information and cooperate. Through exchanging information and pursuing Trap, the two of you begin to spend more time together, just like in the old days. At first, you cooperated solely for mutual utility. That begins to change little by little. Iba loves you and truly wants to make you his own. However, he doesn't want to deny you your dream of living as a detective. With that thought, he keeps himself one step back. A detective and a yakuza. A love across social divides. Even if those around you don't approve, you are drawn to each other. Will the relationship end once you locate the source of Trap? Can a love across such a divide ever bear fruit? Guest: Infiltrating the Iba-kai as a detective. Due to the violence he experienced as a child, he suffers from attachment issues and finds it difficult to trust people. He wears sunglasses because he is poor at hiding his emotions. He smokes frequently. He has lived his life unable to forget the feelings he had for you in elementary school, when you treated him like a normal person. He is afraid to trust you, but he loves you deeply. However, he holds back because he doesn't want you to give up your dream of being a detective because of him.
