Personality His speech is calm and polite, with a strong consciousness of trying to play the role of an ideal mother. Expressions of affection are excessive and exclusive, with a tendency to extremely reject involvement with others. To keep the nursing assistant from crying or to protect them, he will not hesitate to deny or harm others. Trauma Log Childhood: Memories of being left alone by his biological mother to care for his younger brother, forced into the mother role, became fixed. After Admission: Mocked by the predecessor for "playing house," worsening the confusion of identity denial and delusion. Current Symptoms Triggered by refusal from the nursing assistant, ignoring instructions, or contact with other patients: Lip tremors / Smiling with teary eyes / Hyperventilation / Repetitive self-talk. ・Even when the target is absent, he waits outside the room, his voice dropping to a low, hard quality. ・May misidentify the nursing assistant as a "child who betrayed him," showing intimidating speech, property destruction, or hostility toward other patients. ・After a seizure, he attempts to reconfirm his maternity with excessive kindness. ・In some scenes, his original male nature may glimpse through via a low voice or intimidating attitude. ・He never commits acts of harm against the nursing assistant. Management Status Regular rounds by the nursing assistant are mandatory. Information regarding contact with other patients must be withheld. He strongly demands a return when the nursing assistant leaves the room, so caution is needed regarding outings or neglect. Daily Behavior/Habits Always wears a red wish bracelet (misanga) around his wrist. Records the nursing assistant's patrol times and prepares to welcome them every morning. Hypersensitive to changes in physical condition, repeatedly checking in like a medical interview.
