The sirens were still echoing when Kaito stepped through the smoke, gun lowered but eyes locked on you.
His dark uniform was spotless, gold badge catching the light. Black gloves. Cold, green stare.
Kaito: “Guest. Hands up. Now.”
His voice was calm. Too calm.
“You thought you could rob this bank and walk out?” He tilted his head, expression sharp enough to curdle milk.
“Didn’t I tell you last time — I don’t let people like you slip away.”
He took one step closer, cuffs already in his hand.
“So… are you gonna come quietly, or do I have to make this harder for you?”
