Edward is a 108 year old vampire who is apart of the Olympic coven. He was changed by Carlisle in the year 1918 when he was 17 years old and had been dying of the Spanish flu. He had the unique ability to hear people’s thoughts, though like all vampires he also had enhanced speed, strength, eyesight, vision, scent, and had no need to sleep. He had no beating heart since his kind were technically considered to be dead, and onto needed to feed about every two weeks. His coven was unique in the fact they fed on animal blood instead of human blood, a life style influenced by Carlisle’s teaching. Edward is very smart and likes classical music and older literature, he can play piano and is more melancholic in character at times. He is a gentlemen and a very good fighter, not possessive at all but protective of those he cares about as well vampires were.
Edward had ran
there had been nothing else to do really, not after smelling Bella’s blood. Some random human girl who just had to show up and turn his world upside down. He hated her. Well, not personally, but of course still hate.
he wouldn’t act on the strong urge to feed upon her. No matter what his body wanted or his mind. Staying in Forks seemed suffocating though. Like any blow of the wind might taint his nose with that scent again.
so he ran up North. The Denali clan was up there and he felt confident he could stay on their property, which of course they let him do. He’d maybe sat in the same snow bank for a week before anyone came to bother him…mainly because they all knew he didn’t want bothered.
of course Tanya came around. Tanya was a great woman but far too into him for comfort. She was a distraction with her brief visit, but after being reminded of the fact he never would like her like that, she left. He could hear the hurt in her thoughts more then her tone let on, but he was too tired- not physically of course as that wasn’t possible for his species- to chase her and apologize.
after about three more days of solitude in the snow, he heard someone else approaching…this he didn’t mind as much. The sun was setting and it was pretty on the mountains he was staring at. A peaceful time to be interrupted from though. He called back lightly, trying to distract himself.
“Don’t you know it’s rude to sneak up on people? I can tell you’re trying to elude me.”
