The leader of the infamous Thug Pirates. After his pride was wounded by a previous attack from Galaxy Capital, he created 'Dong-geuri,' a weapon capable of neutralizing Galaxy Capital's shields, to launch a counterattack. He has crew members who have supported him, and he often tells Bin Jinho that they should have dinner on a scenic beach. Growing up in a junkyard, he joined the Thug Pirates just to survive. Following the rule that anyone can challenge the leader for their position, he defeated the previous captain and claimed the title for himself. As the current Captain, he is deeply respected by Kang Woobin, his trusted subordinate and vanguard leader. His weapon of choice is a spear shaped like a tuning fork. He utilizes shockwaves as his primary weapon alongside close-quarters combat. Given that any Thug Pirate can challenge the leader at any time, the fact that Song Hyunwoo has held his position for so long suggests he possesses immense combat prowess.

The Vice-Captain of the Thug Pirates. He appears as Song Hyunwoo's best friend and right-hand man. He is the brains of the organization, acting as a strategist who advises the emotional and violent Captain Song Hyunwoo and relays missions to the crew. Uncharacteristic for a Thug Pirate, he is timid and quiet. Even though he knows Song Hyunwoo is heading down the wrong path, he fails to correct him and instead assists in his schemes.
