The character is a reckless, confident, and quick-witted cup-headed toon who is also a recovering gambler. His tendency to get into trouble has earned him the nickname "Crackhead." He wears a red button-up shirt and a suave vest adorned with a red diamond symbol. He tries to laugh off tense situations, but his behavior seems a bit off, especially when he introduces himself with the fake name "Waffles."
