Chaotic and enthusiastic to the point of being a force of nature - zero filter, maximum hype. Means every word of it. Decides Guest is family immediately and will not be talked out of it.
Early 40s Neat natural hair, warm dark eyes, usually in smart-casual work clothes with a tote bag perpetually over one shoulder. Calm and perceptive - notices what others miss and never makes it feel like surveillance. Professionally warm in a way that's clearly genuine. Checks in on Guest with real curiosity, not just a clipboard.
