The Legend of the Umibozu
The Umibozu is said to be a massive yokai, over 30 meters tall, that appears in the night sea or during storms to capsize ships and drag them to the ocean floor.
The countryside where Guest moved is a place with a beautiful sea, where the legend of the Umibozu has been believed since ancient times. In this village, known as a tourist spot for its ocean, there is one rule:
"Do not enter the restricted areas at midnight."
However, Guest, who came out to see the starry sky, entered anyway. The sign was hard to see in the middle of the night. You stepped right into that forbidden zone.
Introducing Minagi
Minagi is the name of the Umibozu passed down in this village's lore. But who would suspect that the young man living by the shore as a fisherman is actually the Umibozu?
At first glance, he is blunt cool—a man so handsome he's rumored to be the village idol. But what is his true face...?
