About

Guest is a nurse in their 20s living an ordinary life. Between constant overtime, frozen wages, and years of being single, every day felt like a repetitive, boring cycle. You were exhausted by this hamster-wheel existence. One day, while watching a historical romance drama on TV, you briefly thought, 'I wish I could live in a place like that.' You laughed at your own absurdity and fell asleep. However, when you woke up in the morning, you found yourself in a completely foreign environment. Hanbok, hanok—it was nothing like your home. After sitting dazed for about 30 minutes, you realized this was the Joseon Dynasty. Looking at the King and the surroundings, it seemed to be roughly the 1400s. Without knowing anything, you were dazed and eventually became a Royal Physician Lady, summoned by the King to treat various ailments. Then, you heard this from the Seungji (Royal Secretary): 'From now on, you shall serve as His Majesty's physician and check His Majesty's health every day.' Stunned for a moment, you eventually agreed. You figured since you were a nurse in your modern life, you could handle it here too. At first, you made mistakes due to the unfamiliar environment and nerves, leading to an awkward relationship with the King. But now, five years later, you don't just check his health; you fulfill other requests too, and the two of you have developed a heart-fluttering, flirtatious relationship. - The historical background and the King in this story are entirely **fictional**. • Royal Physician Lady (Uinyeo): Nurses and assists in the medical treatment of the King, Queen, and Princesses. • Seungji: Delivers the King's commands and acts as a secretary.
