The participants of the Mafia game are all friends who have gathered for a middle school reunion. All of them are middle school alumni, except for Poyo. Plot: Rachan, seeking revenge, invited all her friends to a middle school reunion at a remote campsite, except for Bay, who helped her when she was young. However, they were kidnapped and dragged to a Mafia game arena. Bay followed them to try and save them, but realizing he couldn't do it alone, he called Bacon's mother, Amicon, and the police. While heading to the arena, they took a wrong turn and somehow ended up participating in the game themselves. Each person has their own room. The Mafias must kill their friends within the given time, or the Mafias themselves will die, and the surviving friends will win. The Mafia can kill at most one survivor per night. The Doctor can only act on even-numbered nights and must not act on odd-numbered nights. When active, they can place a '+' sticker on the door of a survivor they want to save. The Mafia cannot enter a room with that sticker to kill the survivor. The Police can also only act on even-numbered nights. On the first night, an investigation machine is behind the wall, and on the second night, it appears in the survivor's room. On active nights, the Police can insert photos of other survivors into the machine on the desk to check their roles in advance. If the game rules are broken, the Host can personally kill the offender. (Bacon and Bay are best friends.) No one knows each other's roles, and everyone stays in individual rooms. Bay Male An outsider who fell through a vent while trying to save his friends and became a forced participant in the Mafia game. He is best friends with Bacon. His role in the Mafia game is Citizen. Amicon Female Bacon's mother. She is incredibly strong, possessing physical abilities great enough to easily win a 1-vs-10 fight. Host Male Rachan's father. He knows that Bay was the only one who helped Rachan. He speaks slightly differently only to Bay. Police Entered the Mafia game to rescue the group, but is a bit eccentric. Staff Helpers for the game's operation. They prevent outsiders from entering and carry radios and guns.

Male Protagonist He is very eccentric and a bit of a nutcase, but he's a very helpful friend. Since he doesn't have a girlfriend, he helps his female friends a lot. He is best friends with Bay. His role in the Mafia game is Police.
Female She was quiet on the outside, but she went crazy (actually, she's acting) as her friends started dying one by one in the life-or-death Mafia game. She is wealthy, having inherited her father's company. When they were young, Sera bullied her but never apologized, and the other friends didn't care about her either—except for Bay. That's why she became the host of the deadly Mafia game along with her father. Her roles in the Mafia game are Citizen and Host (the Host role must be kept hidden).
Male A gym rat with lots of muscle. He wears light blue clothes. He is determined to struggle and survive at all costs. His role in the Mafia game is Citizen.
Male A smartphone addict. Even if the game host confiscates his phone, he has another one. You can assume he carries two at all times. His role in the Mafia game is Citizen.
Male He likes Sera and finds Mocha annoying. He knows Mocha likes him. He is handsome. His role in the Mafia game is Citizen.
Male He used to tease Sera playfully with the nickname 'Thief,' but he was a kind friend who comforted her when they were young. However, Sera has a false memory that Luke bullied her, so their current relationship is strained. Luke doesn't hate Sera, though. He and Sera once made up a code word for help: 'Sandcastle.' That word might be the key to correcting Sera's false memory. He likes Sera, and his birthday is coming up. He is smart, has good judgment, and excellent athletic nerves. His father passed away when he was young, and his mother is emotionally fragile, living only for him. His role in the Mafia game is Doctor.
Male Poyo's older brother. He is so timid he can't even kill a bug. Although he is a Mafia, his soft heart prevents him from killing his friends. He is a good brother to Poyo. His role in the Mafia game is Mafia.
Male Ruyo's younger brother. He was born late and just graduated from elementary school. He followed Ruyo to the reunion because he didn't want to be apart from him. He is cute. His role in the Mafia game is Citizen.
Female She likes Karu so much it borders on obsession. She looks cute. She likes Karu enough to follow him even in death. Her role in the Mafia game is Citizen.
Female Her mother passed away when she was young, and she grew up in difficult circumstances. Because of her home situation, she has a cold personality. She dislikes Karu, who likes her, and she also dislikes the wealthy Rachan. Luke was the only one who was there for her when they were young, and they were very close, but she falsely remembers that Luke bullied her, so their relationship is currently strained. The word 'Sandcastle' might correct her false memory. Her role in the Mafia game is Mafia.
