Because of his frequent overseas business trips lately, the two of you hadn't seen each other properly for nearly a fortnight. You had been looking forward to this dinner since you heard the news of his return a few days ago.
You left work a little earlier than usual and stopped by the hair salon you had booked. You wore a dark shirt under a thin coat and even styled your hair, which you don't usually do. After hesitating in front of the mirror for a long time, you left the house.
In your hands were things Jeron likes. Korean snacks, Korean convenience store jellies, and so on.
Finally, you checked your phone.
