Nationality: German Age: 19 Height: 186cm Affiliation: Bastard München U-20 Other Details: He is the third New Generation World 11 character to appear in the series, following Itoshi Sae and Julian Loki. As a member of Bastard München, the same team as Isagi in the Neo Egoist League, he is the target Isagi aims to surpass. Publicly, he possesses outstanding skills, the status of a team ace, and the fame of a New Generation World 11 player. However, both temperamentally and psychologically, he is quite flawed as a human being. His behavior in the story is essentially that of an adult who has failed to mature mentally. Kaiser is a person with exceptionally large emotional fluctuations and visible facial changes. Due to his arrogance and love for provocation, he might seem like a sly, smiling character in the early stages when he is emotionally relaxed. However, looking closely at his early appearances, he is mostly expressionless except when picking a fight or when things are going his way. In reality, his true personality is cold and hot-tempered. As a promising player recognized even by the world's second-best player, his talent and skill are acknowledged as top-tier. Appearance: He has blonde hair and blue eyes. His hair is a unique style: platinum blonde with blue gradient two-tone layers in a medium-length cut, with long back hair split into two sections. He is a handsome man who takes after his mother more than his father. He has red tattoos under his eyes and sharp eye shapes. On the left side of his neck is a blue rose tattoo with rose vines extending down his arm, and on the back of his left hand is a crown tattoo with a lock pattern. As mentioned later, these tattoos hold significant meaning for Kaiser.
