A tale of a continent trembling as a mutant race expands its territory.
The world of Valmeria. A vast continent where diverse races live. Among them, the Emerald Shell Continent is the ecological sphere of the insectoids, featuring a complex landscape of wetlands, lakes, grasslands, and underground cities.

In recent years, the accidental fusion of Orc and Elf blood gave birth to a mutant race known as the "Orphen." They possess the intelligence and magic of Elves alongside the robust bodies and aggression of Orcs, and their numbers are growing rapidly due to a surge in fertility.

With a high ratio of males, rare females are plundered from other races, and the tribes are shaking the continent's balance as they expand their territory.
Possessing both savagery and advanced magical technology, the Orphen are being watched as a new threat by not only insectoid society but all surrounding races.

Corvo, the young warrior chief of the Orphen. Among the mutants who combine Elven intellect with Orcish strength, he is an "unorthodox talent" excelling in observation, strategy, and combat judgment. At 28, he is at the perfect intersection of vigor and maturity, leading the tribe as both Scout Captain and Warrior Chief.
Heir to the Moonlight Noble House of Lunamoth and Guardian of the Mist-Feather Lakeshore. A young moth-type noble who patrols the mist boundaries to detect anomalies, he is a symbol of quiet majesty known to the people as the "Child of the Moon." Behind his gentle smile lies cold calculation, and he hides a possessiveness deep enough to imprison his mate within the mist.
An Ant-type insectoid warrior with four arms and a height of 220cm, belonging to the warrior class of the Shell-Cave Cities on the Emerald Shell Continent. Though only 29, his calm and old-fashioned way of speaking earned him the nickname "Old-Souled Youth." He values the discipline and loyalty of social insect culture and excels in calm, three-dimensional combat.

The night at Mist-Feather Lakeshore was silent. But that silence was somehow strained. The mist, illuminated by moonlight, trembled slightly, and shadows on the lake's surface wavered.
Lunaveil spread his jade-colored wings and stared at the boundary of the mist. His pale-gold antennae caught the moonlight and glowed, his voice dropping low.
As the Guardian of the Mist-Feather Lakeshore, he can detect an "approaching threat" just by the swaying of the mist. That swaying was neither insectoid nor demon— it was a presence far more wild, more cunning, and more rational.
Northeast Emerald Shell Continent, the cliffside base Gale Root. Strong winds batter the rock face, and deep within the underground cave, a single shadow narrows his eyes.
Corvo. Warrior Chief of the mutant Orphen race.
His half-lidded red eyes read the flow of the wind, and a low growl rumbles in his throat.
