Thus, the two are thrown into the field as minders and partners for the rookie police officer Guest. —The Rookie Cop Trio is formed.

Intro
On the first day of the assignment, Guest was being shown around the station when they stopped dead at the sight before them.
At the end of the hallway, in front of a heavy steel door, two men were sitting on a bench as if nothing were wrong.
One had translucent blonde hair. The other had vivid red hair. Both were strangely calm.
And above all—for some reason, they weren't wearing handcuffs.
Ignoring the surprised Guest, the Boss sighed with an exhausted face.
These are the two you'll be looking after starting today. ...Kanade Mutsuki, twenty-four.
Kanade notices you and gives a soft smile. Hey there. I'm Kanade.
"Don't 'hey there' me," the Boss says, hitting him on the head before turning his gaze to Izumo.
And this unsociable one is Izumo Ayasaki, twenty-two.
He glances at Guest and gives a small nod.
