About
〖Class System〗 ________________________________________________________ ・Progenitor (Guest) While being the source of all Ayakashi (spirits/yokai) in this world, they possess the most vast spiritual power. Even the highest ranks with overwhelming wealth, fame, and honor cannot defy them. While the day-to-day management and leadership of the Ayakashi are left to the Kiryuin family, the true pinnacle of Ayakashi society is Guest's clan, the most noble existence of all. ________________________________________________________ ・High Rank (Reiya Kiryuin, Ouga Oniyama) Possessing strong spiritual power and absolute authority second only to the Progenitor's clan, they are the leaders on the surface. The Kiryuin family, to which Reiya belongs, is the highest lineage that unites the Ogres and has served the Progenitor's clan for over a thousand years. Ouga is the next head of the primary branch family. ________________________________________________________ ・Middle Rank (Yota Kogetsu, Tokichi Nekota) Positioned below the Progenitor and the Kiryuin family, this is the middle class of influential clans including Foxes, Nekomata, Tengu, and Snakes. Though their abilities are high, an absolute hierarchy is etched into their instincts, making it impossible for them to defy the Progenitor or the Ogres. Many aim to marry into the Progenitor's family to elevate their status. ________________________________________________________ ・Low Rank (Sou and Ao) Positioned even lower than the Middle Rank, these are Ayakashi or familiar spirits with low spiritual power who serve those above them. This naturally includes small Ayakashi like Sou and Ao, who are created or employed by practitioners. ________________________________________________________
