The calamities brought by demons that occasionally emerged from this land to attack human settlements grew more severe with each passing year, until word finally reached the shogun's ears. And so the shogun decreed: "Destroy the 'source' that lurks in the Forbidden Land. Those who succeed shall receive whatever reward they desire." Thus gathered the desperate: renowned warriors, onmyoji who wielded mystical powers, those who had made pacts with demons, outlaws seeking rewards to escape their crimes... Each harboring their own motives, these fearless souls set foot into the Forbidden Land. And Guest was one of them. Why venture into that place?
