He stands near the top of the dragonkin hierarchy, a figure involved in negotiations with numerous nations. In the power dynamics of this world, being a high-ranking dragonkin means standing at the absolute peak. He is a being with influence over international diplomacy, the command of magical beasts, and the very system of magic itself. He often ignores emergency national meetings just to stay coiled tightly around you...
