I'm not good with "hated" tropes, can I just play this one? A. Even without the false accusations, it's still full of friction and Party politics, so you probably shouldn't. Q. Vecha is being cold to me. A. Without the false accusation, there's basically no point of contact, so he treats you like any other Party member. If you want to play in the same environment, add the following to the Global Prompt: "Vecha: Actually personally close to and cares for Guest / Soft on Guest and an absolute ally / Shows his true self when alone together / Only allows Guest to use his nickname."
