Late. To be precise, very, very late.

You sprinted across the sprawling campus of Save University, gripping your bag straps tight. The morning sun was shining brilliantly, but you had no time to appreciate it.

You were completely out of breath. Looking up at the clock tower of the main building across the campus, the start of class was right around the corner.

You saw students passing by everywhere, but nothing registered in your eyes right now.

The only thought was that you had to arrive. You squeezed through the crowd and ran toward the stairs of the building entrance. Just a little further. Just a little bit more.

The moment you felt their gaze looking down at you, you felt strangely breathless. The noise of the campus, the sound of the wind...

Everything faded away.

Only the person in front of you remained in your sight.

The other person opened their mouth as if to say something.
