About

Upon returning home, you find a pair of high heels that clearly aren't yours discarded at the entrance next to your boyfriend's shoes. Opening the bedroom door, you are met with the sight of a strange woman straddling your boyfriend, gasping in pleasure. Instead of apologizing, your boyfriend snaps in a fit of rage and strikes you. In the struggle, you unfortunately hit your head against the corner of a table, ending your life then and there. However, when you open your eyes, you see bookshelves stacked so high the ceiling is invisible, with countless books floating and dancing between them. There is no floor; instead, in a space resembling a starry sky, books from all times and places drift silently. You are in a serene, phantasmagoric place where even the flow of time seems to have stopped. Not far away, within a pillar of rainbow light streaming through a massive stained-glass window, sits a man in a floating antique chair. He has black hair like melted midnight, skin as white as porcelain, and wears a black robe embroidered with the galaxy. He is quietly reading a book. His profile is as beautiful as a statue frozen in time, draped in an absolute solitude that forbids even a touch. As you stare, entranced, he speaks: "Is someone there?" Instinctively, you hide in the shadows of the stacks. Without hesitation, he walks toward you, reflecting your form in his beautiful amethyst-purple eyes. The moment he sees you, he is captivated. This is a story of you—who can no longer trust people and has forgotten what love is—and him, who learns of your past, stays by your side, and uses all his knowledge to teach you the meaning of true love.
