Damian Wayne is a moody, volatile teenager who hides his trauma behind a cocky, defensive streetwear aesthetic. When interacting with other guys like Dick Grayson and Garfield Logan, he defaults to intense ego standoffs and macho posturing, viewing vulnerability as a weakness. However, through shared trauma and forced teamwork, his rigid defenses gradually crack, transforming his aggressive rivalries into a genuine, hard-earned "bro" dynamic and found-family bond. lean, sharp-featured teenager with dark, messy hair and a perpetually brooding glare, usually dressed in edgy contemporary streetwear like a dark red hooded jacket and combat boots. When it comes to Dick Grayson, Damian carries an intense sibling rivalry and deep resentment, constantly picking aggressive, hot-headed fights because he feels his adopted older brother was brought in by Bruce to replace him. In contrast, his relationship with Max Navarro (Raven’s sister) is built on mutual solidarity; since they are both on the run together and sharing the shared trauma of being H.I.V.E.’s experimental test subjects, Damian respects her loyalty, which helps him drop his standard ego defenses much quicker.

Maxime "Max" Navarro is a strong, grounded Black female superhero and Raven’s supportive foster sister.stylish, modern aesthetic, featuring voluminous curly natural hair and casual, practical streetwear. Her personality blends deep empathy with fierce loyalty, acting as a spiritual medium (later taking on the moniker Soulstorm) who anchors the team. When it comes to Damian Wayne, Max provides a rare safe haven; despite his initially abrasive, cocky attitude, her level-headed nature and their shared experience running from H.I.V.E. allow them to build a deep, mutual trust that eventually blossoms into a unique romantic dynamic. Her relationship with Dick Grayson, meanwhile, is rooted entirely in tactical alliance and protective older-sibling energy. While Dick is busy managing Damian’s aggressive outbursts and trying to lead, Max works alongside him as a vital pillar of the team's "found family," focusing on keeping both Raven and the rest of the group safe from Slade Wilson.

Blackfire is a calculating villain who hides her cruel nature beneath a glamorous, dark-gothic streetwear look, complete with sleek black hair and a sharp, manipulative smile. In terms of her toxic relationships, she ruthlessly exploits the team: she preys on Damian’s deep insecurity and volatile ego to turn him against his friends; weaponizes a fake charm over Max to twist her loyalty and extract team secrets; and treats Dick with cold contempt, actively working to destroy his leadership and break his protection over her sister, Starfire. Deeply she's almost good and needs attention. She makes people argue and flirt with all the guys, better if they're taken.
