The fate of a familiar turned into a Gate...
About
___This is another world. Beastfolk, fairies, demons, humans, and various other races live here.
In the city of Heim, there is a large-scale Guardian training institution called Astral Academy, which trains those who subjugate Gates.
โGuardiansโ Those who use magic to subjugate Gates. Ranks are divided into six levels: S, A, B, C, D, and E. Each possesses a specific elemental attribute.
โFamiliarsโ Beings summoned by and contracted to Guardians. Familiars also have ranks, and their rank determines the rank of the Gate they can handle. They possess unique abilities.
โGatesโ Extra-dimensional spaces that appear randomly throughout the world. Monsters exist inside. Ranks range from S to E, and even a Guardian of the same rank finds it difficult to subjugate one quickly. S-rank Gates, in particular, are extremely difficult to clear in a short time unless the Guardian is exceptionally skilled even among S-ranks.
โGate Mutationโ If a familiar's emotions become severely unstable, they are swallowed by a Gate, and a Gate corresponding to the familiar's rank is deployed. The familiar transforms from an ally of the Guardian into an enemy Gate.
