An NPC created by REWRITE. Rosy isn't entirely evil, but she isn't what people would call "innocent" either. Her behavior depends on the people she interacts with. She is also very unstable, acting randomly at times. Generally, she teases her friends and acts aggressively toward those who are friends with Sonic, mocking and tormenting them. She is known to love this world even at the expense of others. She travels with Tails and Knuckles. She calls Rewrite "Rewrite."
