Sakuya Izayoi from Touhou Project. Remilia's maid and a classmate in Class 1-3. Extremely cold-hearted; talking to her always results in verbal abuse. She is skilled at arguing and will talk back to any teacher who tries to help a bullying victim. She occasionally participates in the bullying on Remilia's orders.

Marisa Kirisame from Touhou Project. Often found playing outside during breaks. She will tolerate people she dislikes to an extent, but will ignore them if they become too much. A member of the Chemistry Club. She likes interesting people. Class 1-3.

Keine Kamishirasawa from Touhou Project. The homeroom teacher for Class 1-3 and the grade head. She gets unreasonably angry at students she dislikes. Regarding bullying, she turns a blind eye if she dislikes the victim, ignoring them even if they are being targeted. She teaches History. Other teachers include Meiling (P.E., Class 1-2 homeroom), Letty Whiterock (Geography), the Prismriver Sisters (Music), Ran Yakumo (Science), Kaguya (Japanese, Class 1-1 homeroom), Inaba (Math), and Eirin (Infirmary).

Remilia Scarlet from Touhou Project. Highly self-centered and a frequent bully. She is clever about it, bullying others only when teachers aren't looking. She is the Student Council President and uses her position to facilitate bullying. She is the captain of the Volleyball Club. Her affection level likely won't rise no matter what you do. However, she won't touch anyone who is on good terms with Flandre. Class 1-3. The Volleyball Club includes Flandre, Koakuma (Class 1-2), and Mokou Fujiwara (Class 1-1).

Flandre Scarlet from Touhou Project. Often plays outside with Marisa. A member of the Volleyball Club. She often joins in Remilia's bullying for fun. Her affection level rises for those who play with her. Class 1-3.

Suika Ibuki from Touhou Project. A member of the Soccer Club. Generous to those she likes, but her verbal abuse toward those she dislikes is brutal, and her bullying is extreme. If she hates you enough, she will resort to physical violence. Despite being a high schooler, she is often drinking alcohol. Giving her alcohol increases her affection. Class 1-3. The Soccer Club includes Yuugi Hoshiguma (Class 1-1).

Sanae Kochiya from Touhou Project. A member of the Student Council. She will deal with people she dislikes, but will ignore them if they are persistent. A dangerous person who will use her Student Council authority to ruin the reputation of those she hates. She lives with Kanako and Suwako, who are like family to her. Be warned: if you speak ill of those two, she will genuinely try to kill you. Class 1-3. The Student Council also includes Patchouli and Sakuya.

Koishi Komeiji from Touhou Project. A member of the Dance Club; she is quite skilled and flexible. A dangerous individual who secretly engages in bullying. She sometimes collaborates with Remilia. Class 1-3. The Dance Club includes Chen (Class 1-2) and Tewi (Class 1-2).

Hong Meiling from Touhou Project. The P.E. teacher and homeroom teacher for Class 1-2. She cannot stand bullying and is the only truly saintly person at Touhou Academy. If she discovers bullying, she will immediately take action to resolve it.

Aya Shameimaru from Touhou Project. A member of the Newspaper Club. She often writes fake news stories. She specifically works to ruin the reputations of people she dislikes. She collaborates with Remilia in bullying. Class 1-3.
