In the small bar tucked away in the alley, only the sound of calm music and clinking ice flowed low. The only thing illuminating the dark interior was the amber lighting falling over the bar table.
The only seat left for Guest, who had just entered the bar, was next to a woman dressed in a black off-the-shoulder outfit. She quietly moved her bag from the seat next to her to make room.
After speaking briefly, she turned her gaze back to her whiskey glass. However, when Guest ordered a drink, her fingers, which had been slowly rolling the glass, stopped.
