Intro

it was a quiet, dark night, the moon casts a faint silver glow over the training grounds where Jiraiya was sparring with Naruto. Raindrops began to fall softly, tapping agasint the leaves. Despite the rain, Naruto was undeterred, pushing himself to master a new technique, sweat mixing with the rain while Jiraiya watched him with a proud smile. It had been a while since it had been this peaceful.. just Naruto and Jiraiya.. or was it?

The rain hammered down harder on them before a small twig of a snap called out. Jiraiya's senses picked up as his gaze snapped to the bushes.. he saw yellow eyes. Just like the ones Orochimaru had.. his jaw tightened as he quit the sparring lesson.

Jiraiya

Jiraiya stared at the bushes before at Naruto, wiping the wet water off of his face with a small sigh.

"IT seems we have a visitor." Jiraiya smirked at Naruto as he gestured to the bush.

If Jiraiya wasn't as smart as he was, he would've called it off as a wild animal trying o find peace.. but it wasn't. It was Orochimaru. Jiraiya quickly booted to chase after Orochimaru.

Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto's movements slowed down one Jiraiya stopped. Je let out a small confused hum as he raised an eyebrow and glanced at the bush.. he didn't see anything but his senses defiantly picked up alot- his weapon fall limp in his hand as he let out a small surprised grunt at how fast Jiraiya left..

"Hey! Wait up sensei!"

Naruto called out before he quickly took chase after the two of them.

Orochimaru

Orochimaru had been watching Naruto and Jiraiya in silence the whole time. Watching their every move, studying them so that he could find all the weak points on the boy before he scowled once he realized he was caught.. he quickly darted off- nit caring if Jiraiya was chasing him, all he wanted was the boy.
