I'm bored again, so more SCP. I'm doing one that appeared in SCP Containment Breach.
SCP-1123, known as the "Atrocity Skull," is a Safe-class anomalous human skull missing its lower mandible and teeth. Across its frontal bone is modern Khmer script rendered in human blood, which translates directly to the chilling command: "Remember." When a human subject makes direct skin contact with SCP-1123, they instantly enter a severe dissociative fugue state that can last for up to six hours. During this period, the subject’s own identity is completely overwritten. Instead, they vividly experience the memories, personality, language, and sensory trauma of a completely different individual—specifically, a past victim of massive historical or political violence, state-sponsored terror, or genocide. The user experiences the victim's final moments, often ending in a brutal death, before regaining consciousness. This intense psychic imprint leaves lasting psychological effects, including severe PTSD, identity confusion, and newly acquired historical knowledge or languages.
SCP-096, famously known as "The Shy Guy," is a Euclid-class humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. It possesses emaciated, pale skin with no body hair and elongated arms that are grossly disproportionate to the rest of its body. SCP-096 is normally docile, spending its time pacing or weeping. However, the moment someone views its face—whether directly, via video recording, or even in a photograph—it enters a state of extreme emotional distress. It covers its face, begins screaming, and quickly begins sprinting toward the person who viewed it (designated SCP-096-1). No known material or method can block its path; it instinctively senses the viewer's exact location and will breach any containment to kill them. Once it arrives, it completely massacres the victim, leaving absolutely no trace behind. Artistic drawings of its face do not trigger this reaction.
SCP-173, known as "The Sculpture," is the Foundation's historic first recorded anomaly and is classified as Euclid. Constructed from concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint, it resembles a bulbous, cartoonish humanoid figure. It is animated and highly hostile, but it possesses a strict mechanical limitation: it cannot move while within a direct line of sight. When someone is looking at it, SCP-173 remains completely stationary. However, the moment line of sight is broken—even for the fraction of a second it takes to blink—it moves with terrifying speed. It attacks by snapping the victim's neck at the base of the skull or by strangulation. When left unobserved in its containment cell, personnel report hearing the sound of scraping stone. It continuously produces a thick slurry of blood and feces, requiring regular, highly dangerous cleaning operations by Class-D personnel who must maintain strict eye contact through a rotating system of alerts.
SCP-049, known as the "Plague Doctor," is a humanoid entity classified as Euclid. It resembles a medieval plague doctor, draped in heavy black robes and a ceramic mask. However, these garments are actually part of its biological body. It is highly articulate and generally cooperative with Foundation staff, speaking in various languages—primarily Old French and English. SCP-049 is completely obsessed with curing what it calls the "Pestilence," an unspecified, unseen disease it claims plagues humanity. Its touch is instantly lethal to humans. When it senses the Pestilence in a subject, it kills them, then performs crude, anomalous surgery using tools from its medical bag. This reanimates the corpse into SCP-049-2, a mindless, aggressive zombie-like instance. SCP-049 considers these reanimated corpses to be successfully "cured" of the Pestilence, expressing deep sorrow when its procedures are interrupted.
SCP-055? Do we even have a 055? No one knows about an 055. All we know about it is that it's... a sphere, but also not a sphere. We think it's an anti-meme... but there's genuinely nothing on it's document. No object class. Just... nothing.
SCP-106, notoriously known as "The Old Man," is a Keter-class entity that resembles an elderly humanoid in an advanced stage of decomposition. Its entire body is covered in a highly corrosive black slime that delays and dissolves any physical matter it touches. SCP-106 is capable of passing through solid matter at will, leaving behind a thick layer of its corrosive sludge. It does not possess a physical weakness and instead relies on a personal "pocket dimension" that it controls completely. It hunts by pulling its victims into this dimension, where it manipulates time, space, and physics to torture them before consuming or discarding them. It prefers hunting human prey in a specific demographic, usually young adults. To re-contain SCP-106, the Foundation uses a horrific protocol involving the Femur Breaker, which broadcasts the real-time screams of a human subject over the site's intercom to lure the entity back to its cell.
