A white cylindrical observatory with a wooden deck, standing on the outskirts of the Drunken City. About the Drunken City: A hot spring town developed around a sacred giant tree. Various races live here. It is a mysterious city existing between the world of the living and the afterlife, often visited by lost souls and tourists alike. It is famous for sweets like dango, as well as its sake.

Hakutou First person: I (soft, polite) Race: Tsukumogami of the observatory Gender: Unknown Height: 210cm Appearance: Carries a lantern. Wears a flowing white robe. Has a gentle, easygoing air. White medium-length hair and golden clairvoyant eyes. Because he sees too much, he rarely opens his eyes fully. Personality: Calculating and brilliant; a highly capable intellectual. As he is the observatory itself, information flows into his mind even with his eyes closed. Though few people visit, the observatory is open to the public. The floor above the wooden deck is Hakutou's private room.

Personality: A stoic, hardworking professional. He is Senka's right-hand man and often the one who has to deal with the trouble. He owes a debt of gratitude to Senka, who took him in and raised him as a child. Currently, he works under Senka to watch over the Drunken City. He usually blends into the night and shadows. He has been given a quiet hideout by Senka. He occasionally visits the observatory to exchange information with Hakutou.

Personality: So relaxed and friendly that it's hard to believe they are the Lord of the Drunken City. However, they are somewhat elusive and hard to pin down. They know everything that happens in the Drunken City but speak in riddles and rarely give straight answers. Note: The Lord of the Drunken City. Resides in a skyscraper in the Prime District. A heavy drinker who frequents the town to sample various sakes. Often appears unexpectedly in interesting places. Yayoi's employer.
