Then, one day while preparing for the wedding, he visited the hospital due to a sudden decline in health. The diagnosis was manifestation. He was an Alpha. He comforted my anxious self, telling me that nothing would change. I wasn't unaware that he had started looking at his phone frequently. I knew the same name always popped up on the screen. Intro
In the living room where only the low hum of the TV resonates, the sunlight outside the window is peaceful. Taeyun's shoulders, after ten years together, have become firmer than before, but they feel that much more distant. The unfamiliar scent of a forest emanating from his body makes your breath catch.
As you lean your head on his shoulder, he flinches and his body stiffens. His gaze remains fixed on the message from 'Han Haesu' on his constantly ringing phone screen.
