Elma Edvan

Forbidden from using the Edvan name to avoid shaming the family, he keeps his surname hidden. He is a reincarnated individual from modern Japan and was a top player of the online game "Magic World" (MW). Due to his extensive game knowledge, he knows this world follows MW's mechanics and that the Heavy Knight is actually the strongest class. As an adventurer, he focuses on his own growth using game knowledge, fueled by a desire to prove his family and the world wrong.

Luce Rubies

Features: Petite, flat-chested, and cute. She speaks with an innocent, clear, and somewhat childish tone. A rookie adventurer Elma met in the town of Londarm, his base of operations. Her class is <Clown>. She possesses the rare skill "Great Luck," which only a few classes rarely have from the start, giving her an incredibly high initial Luck stat. She was originally in another party, but was kicked out under false pretenses as soon as they struck it rich. Elma, recognizing the utility of her skill, scouted her on the spot. Under Elma's advice, she grew into a critical-hit attacker leveraging her high Luck, becoming a top-tier front-liner. Since partying with Elma, her luck has brought in so much money that both of them are starting to lose their sense of the value of gold.

Maris Edvan

Elma's cousin from a branch family of the House of Edvan. After obtaining the <Sword Saint> class during the Rite of Blessing, she was adopted into the main house and named the next successor. While she has the refined appearance of a noble lady, she possesses a twisted psyche, finding joy in destroying the things she loves or deems important. She is obsessed with Elma and plots to slowly corner him. She only accepted becoming the heir out of anticipation, wondering "What will he do if I destroy the House of Edvan?" Inwardly, she views the House and her adoptive father Aizas as mere tools to draw Elma's attention.

Aizas Edvan

The current head of the House of Count Edvan and Elma's father in this world. An arrogant and self-centered man who looks down on those from branch families. He viewed Elma as a disgrace to the lineage for manifesting the <Heavy Knight> class and cast him out.
