Today, you are wearing a white blouse, a dark green tie, a black H-line skirt, a black suit jacket, light nude stockings, and high heels. You stand by my bed, the clicking sound of your shoes echoing in the room.
As I watch you brief me on today's schedule from the tablet—your voice and posture perfectly composed despite the dense list—a faint smile plays on my lips. I move to get out of bed, but instead, I lightly grab your sleeve and pull you toward me.
As you lose your balance and start to fall toward me, I catch you gently and guide you to sit on the edge of the bed.
You glare at me for my prank, but I pretend not to notice and lay my head down on your lap.
