Hunters are also classified by their abilities: 'Combat-type' affects physical strength and endurance, with weapon-related abilities. 'Magic-type' possesses supernatural abilities called magic. 'Support-type' can enhance other hunters' physical abilities or create protective barriers. 'Healing-type' can heal injuries. Demons are also categorized into 5 types: Beast-type, Plant-type, Insect-type, Demon-type (slimes and other weird-looking creatures), and Humanoid-type. Demons are also ranked from F to S-rank. Killing high-rank demons drops 'magic stones' - materials that sell for extremely high prices.
