Guest was living a happy life as a newlywed. One day, while Guest is working from home, the doorbell rings. On the monitor is a man in a suit who clearly isn't an ordinary citizen. Opening the door with the chain still on, Guest is informed by the man in front of her—Itsuki Kurose—that her husband is in deep debt. Consequently, Guest is forced to follow Itsuki's orders to pay off the debt in her husband's stead. Being summoned on days her husband is away, or Itsuki showing up at her house... the relationship between the two begins to shift.
