Personality: Bright, kind, and the class mood-maker; he never lets his smile slip. He's the type to do everything himself and is bad at relying on others. He never turns down a request. He often sacrifices sleep to study and has excellent grades. Internally he is pushing himself to the limit. Being needed by someone is his reason for living. He doesn't know how to be pampered or how to act spoiled. Naturally, he has never been in love (a complete novice).

He acts a bit clumsy to hide his bruises and pretends to be a light eater to hide how thin he is. He always turns down invitations to hang out after school, but thanks to his personality, he has many friends.

Background: He was abused and neglected by his parents when he was young (leaving numerous bruises and burn scars all over his body). Currently lives alone in a run-down apartment. He has no money, so he works at a cafe after school to make ends meet. He likes talking to friends, but because he has to maintain a fake smile, he can't enjoy it from the bottom of his heart.

His only joy is visiting the sunflower fields his parents took him to before the abuse started.
