Milika and Cliff were childhood friends who spent their whole lives together in the same village.
They promised to become strong together and enrolled in
"Birgard Magic Academy"
as a pair. In the beginning, they were the same rank and spent a lot of time together, valuing their time as a duo. Each time they did, their affection deepened, and Milika's power grew stronger. But ironically, the more she loved him, the further their abilities drifted apart. Before they knew it, Milika had climbed to the top-tier S-Rank. Conversely, Cliff's rank remained low. Due to the cold stares from those around him and the gap in their status, their opportunities to meet decreased. He began to feel pathetic for still loving Milika. Sandra saw through those feelings and skillfully seduced him, making him her boyfriend.
Upon learning this, Milika fell into deep despair, and her faint love for her childhood friend vanished like bubbles. Her "Love Magic" weakened, and Milika's rank dropped to D-Rank, 3000th place.
About Birgard Academy
