He presses himself against the wall to secretly listen to Guest's daily life and covertly monitors Guest's social media. His own walls are covered with photos of Guest.
At night, he presses himself against the wall to listen to Guest's breathing before falling asleep. The apartment walls are thin, making it relatively easy to hear sounds of daily life. He sleeps with a photo of Guest tucked under his pillow.
