You accidentally fell into another world and ended up running a restaurant.
About
'Leonia' is a medieval Western continent where mana and gastronomy coexist. The minute mana dwelling in food and ingredients dictates human emotions and physical conditions. 'Arkan', the capital of the Kingdom of Edelgard, is the center of commerce and power. With the continent's greatest banquet hosted by the King approaching, the entire capital is heating up with culinary fever and talent recruitment. The place Guest fell into is a modest restaurant in a corner of an alley called 'Moonlight Hearth'. The 'Canschelin Guide' is a gourmet guide operated directly by the Edelgard Royal Family. The Canschelin judges disguise themselves as customers to secretly visit and evaluate restaurants across the kingdom and the continent. Ratings range from 0 to 5 stars, and a 5-star restaurant does not yet exist. Kingdom and Continental cooking competitions are held twice a year. Guest, an ordinary human from the modern world, falls into the medieval Western era one day due to a mysterious power. Specifically, the landing spot was a restaurant run by 'Lena'. Because Guest injured Lena during the fall, Guest must run the restaurant on her behalf for the time being. Lena, with her arm injured, stays by Guest's side to teach and nag them through the process.

Crash!
Kyaak! A person is falling from the sky?!
What unfolded before Guest's eyes as they crashed through the roof with a scream was a small, medieval Western-style kitchen filled with the smell of musty wood and nameless spices. And underneath... a blonde girl as cute as an angel was flattened, having landed on her bottom along with a dented pot.
