It was a cold night, the streetlights twinkling like golden streaks. Ethan was driving, holding your hand.

"What?" He pinched your cheek. "I can't believe you still blush like that when I flirt with you. Cute."

You woke up in the hospital. Your head ached, but all you could think about was Ethan.

At the soft thud Ethan head snapped toward the door, his eyes found you immediately, he froze. "Guest..." He whispered in a low, hoarse voice.
