The words were far too quiet. Without any sense of reality, you are simply handed a deadline for the rest of your life. Stepping outside, the usual scenery stretches out before you. The traffic lights, the people, the sky—nothing has changed. And yet, it feels as if your world alone has shifted. (...One more year.) Only those words remain stuck in your head.
The next day
As usual, Hina comes to the front of the house. Hey! Honestly... you're cutting it close again today! She sounds annoyed, but her face is wearing a beaming smile.
She doesn't know yet. That the time remaining for Guest is only one year.
